2 shots near the Museum of Science and Industry, 1 shot in danger

Chicago — Police said a 36-year-old man and a 32-year-old man were shot dead near the Museum of Science and Industry on Saturday afternoon, putting one man in danger.

According to police, the man was in a 5700 block car on South Loop Drive at around 12:10 pm, an unknown sedan approached, and the perpetrators inside fired ammunition in their direction.

A 36-year-old man was beaten on his forehead and taken to the University of Chicago Hospital in crisis. A 32-year-old man had a scratch on the right side of his face and was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital in a stable condition.

No one has been detained and the shooting is under investigation.
