Poetry Foundation-Chicago Magazine

Poetry Foundation

The publisher of Poetry Magazine, the Poetry Foundation, is an independent literary organization and home to Chicago’s poetry. The Poetry Foundation hosts a number of free virtual events such as poetry readings, writing workshops and book clubs, and for poetry enthusiasts and culture, including the first outdoor art on the exterior of the Chicago Foundation Building. We have something for those who are interested.

Beginning in October, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in outdoor visual and light installations that embrace and change the look of the building.

The Foundation building is not open to the public in order to prioritize the safety and well-being of staff, guests, and the wider community. This includes all face-to-face programming. For free virtual programs, poems, and resources, visit the following URL: poetryfoundation.org..
