Danville, Illinois (Wand)-A Danville man who fails to register as a sex offender will be sentenced to two years in federal prison.

David W. Moran, 66, was arrested on January 8 after police responded to an emergency call at 900 blocks on Kimber Street in Danville. Moran was asked for an unresolved state warrant.
