Chicago — Students and guards were shot dead outside Wendell Phillips Academy High School on the South Side on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a Chicago fire, the shooting hurt a 14-year-old girl. The ambulance rushed a minor to Kammer Children’s Hospital in a serious condition.
The ambulance took the injured guards seriously to the University of Chicago Medical Center, officials added.
Chicago first responders arrived at 200 blocks on E. Persing Road around 3:30 pm.
