Chicago (CBS) — Chicago firefighters released a Water Department worker trapped in a hole in the South Shore district Wednesday afternoon.
Workers are trapped in a muddy hole near 67 Avenue and East End Avenue, where the CFD crew uses a vacuum cleaner and other tools to remove water, dirt, and other debris from the hole and release her. I urged you.

According to an unconfirmed dispatch report, workers helped install a fire hydrant when they got caught in a hole.
The fire department later tweeted a video of a firefighter releasing a woman, a worker climbing a ladder out of a hole, and riding on a waiting stretcher.

According to the fire department, the woman was fine during the rescue operation and was fine when she was released.
