Jackson Town Ship reveals missing 5-year-old girl safe in Illinois

Jacksontown, Ohio (WJW) – Amber Alert, Ohio was canceled on Friday night for a 5-year-old girl in Jacksontownship.

The alert was issued to Anagrace Burke, who was reported missing around 7:30 pm on Friday. An arrest warrant was issued to Jonathan Lee Stinette, who was accused of kidnapping her.

According to the Amber Alert website, Burke has been found to be safe in Bloomington, Illinois. Jackson Township police say police were called in to deal with suspicious vehicles parked along the road. Children have been recovered by law enforcement agencies and evaluated by medical staff.

Stinnett was taken to a prison in Illinois. He will be taken back to Ohio to be prosecuted.

According to police, Anna Grace Burke was last seen with Stinet on the 7200 block of Fulton Drive Northwest.

Investigators later obtained a photo of Stinette in a store in Knox County, Ohio.

According to police, Stinnett is a “companion” of the child’s family.

Police say Stinnett and Ana Grace went to a park near the child’s house.

Stinnett recently moved Jackson Town Ship And police say he had plans to leave soon.

Jackson Township Police will hold a press conference on the incident on Saturday at 1:30 pm.
