After an impressive victory, Indiana jumped to the highest ranking ever. Ranked 4th in the Associated Press Women’s Basketball Top 25 Vote.

The veteran Hoosiers won the highest ranking ever in the top 25 of the preseason, and then spent a week including the defeat at the time. 13 Kentucky, 88-67. Indiana has returned all five starters from last season’s team, which has entered the Elite Eight and celebrated its sixth consecutive 20-win season.

Hoosiers, Terrapins, Wolfpack, No. 7Stanford will play in another round-robin tournament on the island over Thanksgiving. The Cardinal dropped four spots after losing to Texas, who was 25th at the time. Texas jumped to 12th place.

“It’s a great area. I think this year will be an interesting year for women’s basketball,” Moren said.
