Chicago (AP) —Two ATMs in Chicago were shot during a robbery on Monday, officials said.
The male and female victims were part of an armored truck team. The Chicago Sun-Times quoted police as saying they were loading ATMs on the south side of the city when the shooters demanded cash.
Police said they were seriously injured and taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center.
Other details were not immediately available.
