Washington(WJW) – Rep. Bob Gibbs submits impeachment article President Joe Biden on Wednesday.
Gibbs, Ohio’s Seventh Parliamentary District, said Biden was deliberately violating the separation of powers because he wasn’t fit for the job. The full text of the resolution is not yet available.
“It’s clear that Nancy Pelosi is chairing. The House of Representatives will not be liable for a terrible breach of President Biden’s constitutional obligations. It should not stop Republicans from calling them.” Gibbs said on his Facebook page.
“Between his deliberate negligence against the border crisis, his deliberate actions against the illegal peasant eviction moratorium, and his shameful actions in the withdrawal of Afghanistan, it is clear that Byden is terribly lacking in his oath of office. . “
The resolution is co-sponsored by Texas Republicans Brian Babin and Randy Wester Sr., and Arizona’s Andy Biggs.
In early August, Gibbs wrote a letter urging the Republicans to consider impeachment.
