New York (AP) — The meditation on the Cold War cultural history “Free World” by Luis Menand and the black art “American Little Devil” by Hanif Abdulakib is one of the works of the National Book Awards non-fiction longlist.
On Thursday, the National Book Foundation also released a long list of poems with candidates such as Douglas Kearney’s “Sho,” Hoa Nguyen’s “A Thousand Times You Lose Your Treasure,” and Forrest Gander’s “Twice Alive.” Did.
