Evanston, Illinois (WLS)-Northwestern University came into effect shortly after reporting a drug case without consent at a campus rally and was suspended, the university announced on Sunday.

The university received a report on Saturday of an individual claiming to have been given the drug without consent at a rally at Block 2300 on Sheridan Road. At Evanston.

School officials said they were investigating the report, as well as another but similar report received on Friday.

The university said both reported locations were the Yuai Kaikan on campus.

In response to recent claims, school officials said they were banning all social activities, including recruitment events, until at least October 17, while investigating the case.

“Given the recent allegations, the location of these reported actions, and Northwestern University’s commitment to community health and safety, the university soon entered into force and social events and social events at Northwestern University in Interfraternity. It has been decided that no branch-sponsored recruitment activities will take place. The Council (IFC) at least until October 17, including events with non-members such as graduates.
