New York (AP) — The prosecutor is R. I would like to hear a profane video and audio recording of how he threatened victims with violence from a New York City jury in Kelly’s sex trafficking trial.

In one of the 2008 tapes, angry Kelly accused an unidentified woman of lying to him before the assault began, according to a court document filed in federal court in Brooklyn on Tuesday. I can hear you.

“If you lie to me, I’m going to offend you,” Kelly says.

The star’s R & B singer has been captured in another recording beating a second woman from Florida and has been identified as “Jane Doe” accused of stealing a Rolex watch.

“You should never take me again … otherwise I’m in Florida and something will happen to you,” he says. “Do you understand what I’m telling you?”

The prosecution planned to call the second woman a witness. But while she was listening to the tape in preparation for the testimony, they decided to oppose it after she “began to start panic attacks and seemed to have emotional weakness.” Filing says.

Defendants added that they boasted that there were “cameras everywhere” in Chicago’s studios and elsewhere where they were watching victims.

Kelly, now 54, has been acquitted of extortion and other charges for sexually abusing several women, girls and boys during her 30-year singing career. He vehemently denied the charges, claiming that the woman was a groupie who wanted to take advantage of his fame and wealth achieved through hits like “I Believe Can Fly.”

The judge said on Tuesday that he would accept the government’s request to use tape as evidence in a trial that began on August 18. There was no immediate response to a message requesting comment from Kelly’s defense team.

She was 13 or 14 years old the day after another witness testified that she had seen Kelly in the “sexual situation” of R & B Phenom Aaliyah. The woman also told the jury that Kelly had sex with her when she was fifteen. The latest in a series of whistleblowers who say he sexually exploited them when they were minors.

A former backup performer of Kelly, a woman who testified that she wouldn’t use her real name, opened the door of Kelly’s tour bus and explained that she knelt in front of Aaliyah and appeared to have oral sex with the girl. She immediately closed the door and told Kelly that she left without talking about the encounter.

The jury previously said which two fake IDs were used by a former Kelly employee to clear how to marry Aaliyah after Kelly began a sexual relationship with her and believed she was pregnant. I was heard to testify that it was used. The marriage license included in the evidence incorrectly stated her age as 18 years old. Kelly was 27 at the time.

Prosecutors said they would like to take advantage of the later invalidated marriage to protect Kelly from criminal charges related to sex with minors and prevent her from witnessing to him.

Aaliyah (whose full name is Aaliyah Dana Horton) collaborated with Kelly, who wrote and produced the 1994 debut album “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number”. She died in a plane crash in 2001 at the age of 22.
