The Delhi County Police wrote on Facebook that the initial search activity in 2002 was “cool” after a long investigation. “The Indianapolis Police Department is currently helping the Delhi Police Department determine if Mrs. Nguyen and her children are in the car,” the Delhi Police Department wrote.
