Trick or Major Treat: £ 10 Chocolate Bar Available at City-Wide Halloween Costume Contest

Chicago has just raised a trick or treat stake. Forget the mini candy bar where the city is handing out £ 10 chocolate blocks.
There is only one catch. There are only five super-large bars in Brommer, hanging as the highest award in the city. Halloweek Costume Contest..
The contest is open to Chicago residents (and their pets) from October 23rd to 31st. Entering is as easy as posting a dressed photo on Instagram and tagging @ ChicagoParks.Alternatively, you can upload the image to www.chicagohalloweek.org..
You can only enter once per person. Submitted photos will be featured throughout the week on @ ChicagoParks and @MyChiMyFuture Instagram accounts. (Parents submitting photos of their children are allowed to use the images.)
The five winners will be randomly selected and announced on November 2nd.
