Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (WBTW) — According to the Cruise Line website, Disney Cruise Line requires children over the age of 5 to be vaccinated with COVID-19 from January.

From cruises departing after January 13th, children over the age of 5 must be fully vaccinated during sailing. In the meantime, according to the Cruise Line, children can submit evidence of a negative test from 3 days to 24 hours before the departure date.

Children under the age of 4 must complete the test requirements. Rapid antigen testing is not accepted.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, it is generally considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after the next vaccination.

  • A second dose of two-shot Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or
  • Johnson & Johnson Single Vaccine
