Los Angeles (AP) — Film industry crew narrowly voted to approve two contracts with Hollywood producers after a standoff that occurred within days of a strike that freezes production across the United States. Said the union leader on Monday.
The agreement is a voting system similar to the US Electoral College, passing 56% to 44% among representatives from 36 regional unions of the International Alliance of Theatrical Film and Theater Labor Unions.
