Chicago (AP) —Federal court records show that a man in the suburbs of Chicago will be found guilty next month on denial of a misdemeanor for participating in a January 6 riot at the US Capitol.

The number of misdemeanors of “parades, demonstrations, or picketing in the Capitol building” against Lake Forest’s Mark Class Jr., 27, was announced in the US District Court in Washington on Monday. Chicago Tribune report.
