responsibility:

-Work closely with the president and GM to drive business goals and objectives with employee experience in mind.
-Through collaboration and relationship building, this role is responsible for leading the effectiveness of the organization and employee involvement.
-Act as a business leader’s HR expert on all HR issues such as organizational development, leader effectiveness, organizational design, diversity and inclusiveness, learning needs / opportunities, and conflict resolution.
-Leading change management efforts on cultural and process evolution
-Develop a thoughtful and integrated approach to promote diversity and participation in attracting, developing and retaining talent
-Improve productivity by supporting and partnering with department leaders to gain a strong understanding of business and staff needs
-Continuously evaluate your organization’s and employee’s strategies to fill gaps and minimize future risks to your business.
-Develop and implement a lifecycle approach to performance management and human resource development
-Manage day-to-day employee relationship issues, including escalation to employee relationship partners
-Keep up with all federal, state and local employment laws and health / safety regulations

Basic qualifications

-Over 5 years of progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment with specific experience in strategic development, organizational design, talent management and change management.
-Powerful business insights with keen aptitude to quickly absorb new information.

-A solid ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build strong and credible relationships.
-Excellent consulting and conflict management skills.
-Ability to find ways to boost morale, improve workplace relationships, and increase productivity and retention
-Sure ability to handle and manage ambiguity-Addresses issues where a system or system with the ability to assist in defining processes is not always in place.
-Establish and maintain relationships with HR colleagues throughout the company to add value to your business.
-Independent work style. Balance the need for collaboration with minimal supervision.
-A solid experience managing multiple projects with strong prioritization skills.

Priority qualification

-Experience of working directly with leaders from the standpoint of HRBP.
-Experience supporting the media or production environment.
-SAP and Workday experience.

-Project management experience.
-Work experience in a large enterprise matrix environment.

Required education:

-A combination of a bachelor’s degree in human resources development, business administration, or an accredited university in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
