Springfield, Illinois (WAND)-Police said they had arrested three suspects after discovering alleged crack cocaine and weapons at Springfield’s home.

At 7:50 pm on Thursday, Springfield police said they learned that the wanted suspect was in a residence in E. Melrose St.’s 1800 block. 23-year-old Chris Chamberner. According to a press release from law enforcement agencies, they also arrested 24-year-old Calvin Barner II in their residence, and as a result of an investigation, 49-year-old Calvin Barner Sr. Was detained.

Authorities said they had observed firearms in their homes and obtained a search warrant. Then, with each press release, he seized two firearms and suspicious drugs.

All three suspects have been taken to Sangamon County Jail, where they have been detained, awaiting formal accusations from Sangamon County lawyer Dan Wright.
