International feature films are defined primarily as feature films (40 minutes or more) produced outside the United States using non-English dialogue tracks (50% or more).

Members of the Short Films and Feature Animations category are automatically eligible to vote in the Feature Animations category. Members of the Documentary Division vote to determine DocuFeature’s candidate list and candidates.

Nominations for the 94th Academy Awards will be announced on February 8th, and the hardware will be distributed at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood during the Oscar cast on Sunday, March 27th. ABC will broadcast the ceremony live from coast to coast.
