Based on Carl Hiaasen’s popular 2013 novel, Bad monkey The story of Andrew Yancey (Bourne), a former detective who was demoted to a restaurant inspector in South Florida. The severed arms that tourists find while fishing draw Yancey into a world of greed and corruption that destroys the land and environment of both the Florida and the Bahamas. Villafanje plays Rosa, a medical inspector in Miami. She’s starting to realize that she may not be cut out for her job, so give up her job and help Yancey understand the story of the amputated arm she brought into her lab. ..
Delaney depicts Christopher, the mysterious boyfriend of Eve (Hagner) stripping, whose husband died in a suspicious situation.
Elhaj, a young and mild-mannered Bahamian fisherman, was forced to act when a mysterious businessman covered his family’s home with a bulldozer and began building a fashionable resort.
Soria depicts Rogerio coming to Key West’s leading police detective, his best friend and former partner Andrew Yancey, on a life-changing mission. It further complicates Rogerio’s husband, who is also Yancey’s lawyer.
Lawrence executives will produce through his Doozer production with Matt Tarses and Doozer’s Jeff Ingold. Marcos Siega (Dexter, Flight Attendant) oversees the first episode and is an executive producer. Doozer’s Liza Katzer is Executive Producer. Warner Bros. Pictures is a studio.
Villa fañe was recently seen in a recurring role in the final season of young. Her other previous credits include NBC’s highly repetitive role New Amsterdam. She recently starred in Chicago’s Broadway productions. Villa fañe is represented by UTA and 111 Media.
