Chicago (WLS)-Good news! The wedding ring found on the sidewalk outside Wicker Park’s house was returned to its legitimate owner.

Amy Kasher and Jona Newman spread on social media in an attempt to find the owner of a dark gray metal wedding ring and wedding date engraved with “I love you.”

Newman tweeted Thursday and was returned to the owner, the delivery driver of Instacart, who was delivering groceries last Sunday.

According to Newman’s tweet, the man and his wife will celebrate their seventh anniversary at the end of January.

The couple thanked everyone who helped spread the word to rejoin the ring with the hand to which it belongs.
