This year’s seventh year, the event will bring together more than 50,000 guests and attendees to host a magical night parade celebrating Halloween as an “artist’s holiday.”
Last year, COVID-19 canceled the evening celebration event.
This year’s parade brings together organizations across the region for a night of lights and costumes featuring floats, puppets, theatrical and dance performances.
It starts at 6 pm on Lake Street and State Street and ends at State Street and Van Buren.
This event is free and open to the public.
