(NEXSTAR) – A new study of the most searched recipes in the country reveals: banana breadIs still popular among American amateur bakeries, but is in serious competition with some fragile and creamy desserts.
The study, conducted by a food hypersensitivity testing company called YorkTest, used data from millions of Google searches conducted in the United States in both September 2020 and September 2021. Analysts then determine which recipes are most searched for baked goods and refer to the “Calculation” Differences in Monthly Searches “” to find recipes that are booming in popularity and recipes that are out of date.
