Decatur, Illinois (WAND) – Young people between the ages of 18 and 24 have the opportunity to begin their career in the construction industry using the free program offered in Decatur.
The pre-training program is a 9-month program with 12 to 15 seats currently available. Students can learn the skill set and eventually experience it by remodeling the house. Many transactions are possible, such as electricity, plumbing, painters, insulation, carpenters, etc. The free 9-month program provides students with scholarships. Finally, they are given the opportunity to participate in a full apprenticeship.
