- Don’t be afraid to take a break. Just like when you feel sick, your body and brain need time to rest and recharge.
- Be active! : Studies show that exercise enhances mood and memory. You can get many benefits with a little movement.
- Export: Create a checklist to calm your mind and energize you to check your goals one by one.
- If you work from home, you may want to avoid working from your bed. Sounds like a perk, but it can contribute to burnout. It’s important to create a dedicated workspace where you can focus. And when you’re not working, you need to be completely relaxed.
