According to Sundance, the log line for this movie is: During a vacation in Tuscany, a Danish family becomes a close friend with a family of traveling companions from the Netherlands. A few months later, when a Danish family receives an invitation to visit a Dutchman in a rural house, they feel free to plan their vacation. What was supposed to be an idyllic weekend begins to slowly unravel as the Danes try to stay polite in the face of discomfort.
The filmmaker wrote the script with his brother Mads Tafdrup.
Tough Drupp previously oversaw the 2017 Danish satire Horrible woman In Denmark, he was an actor before that.
