Decatur, Illinois (Wand)-Police said a man was shot multiple times in Decatur.
The shooting took place on Saturday just before 2:10 pm at 1400 blocks on E. Hickory Street.
DPD told WAND on Sunday morning that a 26-year-old man was involved in the shooting. The victim was uncooperative and did not provide information about who shot him or why.
Police reported that the man had been shot in the chin, neck and shoulders, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
There were multiple shootings on Decatur on Saturday afternoon, but police say it’s unclear if the two cases are related.
