Mommy Mitchell’s lawyer announced on Wednesday that he had filed a proceeding “including a new allegation” regarding the deadly shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins’ Baldwin in western New Mexico.
Mitchell had previously told The Associated Press that she was standing next to Hutchins when the cinematographer was beaten.
“I was running out and called 911 and said,’Bring everyone, send everyone,'” Mitchell said. “This woman died at the beginning of her career. She was an extraordinary, unusual and very rare woman.”
Her 911 phone warned authorities of the shooting.
“They accidentally shot a movie set with a prop gun and need immediate help,” Mitchell told emergency commanders. “We were rehearsing, and it disappeared, and I’m exhausted, we’re all exhausted.”
The dispatcher asked if the gun was loaded with real bullets.
“I can’t tell. I have two injuries,” Mitchell replied. “this [expletive] advertisement [assistant director] It yelled at me at lunch and asked about the fix, .. he was supposed to check the gun. He is responsible for what happens on the set. “
Mitchell’s proceedings joined Serge Svetnoy’s proceedings filed last week.
Svetnoy, head of film lighting, claimed the negligence that caused the “serious mental distress” that plagued him forever.
The Svetnoy proceedings filed in the Los Angeles High Court have nominated about 20 film-related defendants, including Baldwin, a star and producer. Assistant director David Halls handed a gun to Baldwin. Hannah Gutierrez Reed, who was in charge of the set weapons.
