Champaign, Illinois (WAND) – Champaign-Urabana Public Health District We continue to host the community-based COVID-19 Booster and Pfizer Pediatric Vaccination Clinic.

CUPHD is affiliated with Carle Health, OSF HealthCare, Christie Clinic, Promise Healthcare, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. addition Opportunity for residents to participate vaccination clinic.

Illinois Conference Center off St Mary’s Road, Champaign

• Booster only
• December 1st^NS, 2^NS, And 10^NS
• 9 am-4pm
• Walk-in; no reservation required ((((Enter through the conference center door on the east side of the complex, not the iHotel)

December 10th will be the last day that boosters will be available at the conference center.

Coles Plaza – 1901 N. Market Street, Champaign

• Reservations for Moderna and Pfizer boosters are available at the weekend clinics My Carle and Carle Hotline (217) 902-6100.
• December 5: Sunday, 8 am-12:30pm
• Vaccine reservations for children will be available at a later date in the primary care location.

Christie Clinic:

• Christie Clinic has partnered with Champaign Urbana Public Health (CUPHD) to manage COVID-19 vaccine staff in community-based clinics.
• Parents and guardians of Christie Clinic patients aged 5 to 11 years are advised to enroll their child in one of the above regional vaccine clinics.

Promise Healthcare:

• Promise Healthcare offers Pfizer-BioNTech pediatric vaccines for children ages 5-11.
• Reservations are required from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and from 5 am to 11 pm. Please call 217-403-5402.
• 805 Bloomington Road in Champaign (a few steps from the main clinic).
• Boosters are available to all adults. Walk-in appointments are available for both adult vaccination and booster immunization.
• The test is by appointment for all ages.
