“I would like to commend our medical, coaching and security staff for everything they did in the worst of situations to support the boy until the ambulance arrived,” Philip wrote.
Classes weren’t held on Friday due to the snowstorm, but Principal Mark Davis of St. Luke said the building was open in the afternoon so that the community could get together to mourn.
“There is no right word at this point. I know that we all support each other as much as possible,” he said.
