Memphis, Tennessee-A Tennessee man who wanted to be associated with the deadly shooting of rapper Young Dolph, who was shot in a daytime ambush at a popular cookie shop in his hometown of Memphis, was captured by a Marshal in Indiana, USA. Was announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Last week, 23-year-old Justin Johnson was issued a murder warrant in a November 17 shooting by Young Dolph, whose real name is Adolf Thornton Junior Johnson. Details will be announced at a press conference on Wednesday with US Marshals Service Tyrys Miller, Memphis Police Chief CJ Davis, and Shelby County District Attorney General Amy Weirich.

Marshall Services and the Memphis Police Department have searched for suspected murderers. A $ 15,000 reward was provided for information leading to the arrest.

The shooting surprised the city of Memphis and shocked the entertainment world. According to police, two men left the white Mercedes-Benz and fired ammunition at a Memphis bakery, where 36-year-old Young Dolph bought a cookie and killed him. Police have released photos taken from surveillance videos that captured the shooting, but investigators have not released information on possible motives.

Known for his harsh street life portrayal and independent approach to the music business, Young Dolph was praised for his philanthropic work in Memphis. He planned a Thanksgiving food gift, donated thousands of dollars to high school, and paid rent and funeral expenses for the people in the Castalia Heights district where he grew up.

City officials and community activists have pointed out the killings as a symbol of the danger of gun violence in Memphis, where more than 300 murders were reported last year.

A private funeral was held for Young Dolph on November 30th, and part of the street in the neighborhood where he grew up was renamed for him on December 15th. The NBA’s Memphis Grizzles and the University of Memphis Men’s Basketball Team.
